Vaccin against influenza and COVID-19: Dates for vaccination sessions in Iqaluit

Starting from October 18th, the Public Health Center in Iqaluit is offering walk-in vaccination sessions for influenza and COVID-19 vaccines to eligible individuals aged six months and above. The Public Health Center in Iqaluit is located in Building 1091 near the old terminal. By getting vaccinated, you are protecting yourself and your community from influenza and COVID-19.

Weekdays, walk-in: Until November 17th

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and from 1:15 pm to 4:30 pm

Weekends, walk-in: Until November 4th

  • Saturdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

After November 17th, influenza and COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be available without appointments every Friday during the aforementioned weekday opening hours.

Vaccines are also available in all Nunavut health centers starting from October 18th.

Wearing a mask is mandatory in all Nunavut healthcare facilities. For your own protection and that of the community, please wear a mask during your appointment.
