Fourth consecutive defeat for Bienne

On the other hand, Bienne could not avoid the humiliation of a fourth consecutive defeat, losing 5-4 in a shootout against Ambri-Piotta. However, the Seelanders showed great mental strength in a game that saw Toni Rajala sent off to the locker room in the 33rd minute for a crosscheck.

Petri Matikainen’s men managed to force overtime with a goal from Gaëtan Haas 16” before the end of regulation time. But they faltered in the shootout, failing to score any goals while three Léventins found the back of the net in this decisive session.
