IT Link is up 8.08% to 28.10 euros on the publication of its 2023 accounts showing significant improvement. The digital services company specializing in connected systems is approaching a market capitalization of 50 million euros. It has unveiled an annual net profit of 3.42 million euros, an increase of 11.2%. The operating profit (EBIT) has also increased by 14.7% to 5.37 million euros, representing 7.3% of the turnover. Its operational profitability has remained stable over the year.
IT Link has benefited from strong growth in its activity. As previously reported, revenue increased by 13.8% to reach 73.32 million euros.
In 2023, the group generated 3.9 million euros in cash flow linked to the activity growth. The group’s net cash stood at 6.5 million euros as of December 31, 2023.
As for the outlook, IT Link expects a turnover higher than in 2023 for the year 2024, ranging between 82 and 85 million euros, driven by embedded business and the integration of CIAO Technologies acquired in January 2024, while taking into account the normalization of the economy. With this operation, Canada has become the group’s second geographic area. Management plans to maintain a profitability level of around 7% for the year.
