Samsung has presented its new range of high-end Android tablets composed of 3 tablets: Galaxy Tab S9, S9+ and S9 Ultra. Available in two colors, Cream and Anthracite, they come in three sizes: 14.6 inches for the Tab S9 Ultra, 12.4 inches for the Tab S9+, and 11 inches for the Tab S9.
This year, Samsung finally switches to a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, unlike its previous models that only offered an LCD panel. Thanks to their IP68 protection rating, they are also the first water and dust resistant Galaxy Tabs.
Regarding the 16:10 Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen of the 14.6-inch Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, it features HDR10+ technology with a dynamic refresh rate that automatically adjusts from 60 to 120 Hz to optimize battery life. In addition, Eye Comfort minimizes eye fatigue with over 70% reduced blue light.
For those who want to enjoy their tablet even in the sun, Vision Booster technology automatically detects high brightness conditions. The Tab S9 Series has a fuller sound, delivered by 4 AKG and Dolby Atmos speakers.
Each model is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy.
Each Galaxy Tab S9 comes with the S Pen. Just like the Galaxy Tab S9 Series, the S Pen is now IP68 certified to resist water and dust. The S Pen can also be used to write in search bars and web browsers.
The multitasking function allows you to display up to three applications at the same time in an easily adjustable window grid. It is possible to browse the web, save an image in the Samsung Gallery, and access Samsung Notes simultaneously. Applications can also be displayed as floating windows while still showing the home screen in full.
The Book Cover Keyboard and DeX mode allow for more efficient work. DeX mode provides quick access to an Android interface that takes on the characteristics of office software, such as connecting a Book Cover Keyboard with adjustable angles and a backlit keyboard. It is also possible to use a Tab S9 Series tablet as a second screen for your PC, wirelessly.
Availability
The Galaxy Tab S9 is available in 8/128 GB and 12/256 GB starting from 899 euros.
The Galaxy Tab S9 Plus is priced at 1149 euros for the 12/256 GB Wi-Fi model. There is also a 12/256 GB version.
The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is available starting from 1349 euros for the 12/256 GB Wi-Fi version. Two other versions are available: 12/512 GB and 16 GB/1 TB.
