Don’t expect a new CMF smartphone, as it doesn’t seem to be planned for the near future.
Nothing CMF announces the end of September
The CMF website confirms that the announcement of these new products will be on September 26th. The headphones would be the CMF Buds Pro, and the smartwatch would be the CMF Watch Pro. And you wouldn’t need to pay a lot to get these devices.
According to the latest leaks, these discounted Nothing CMF products would be priced below 100 euros in India. The exact prices for Europe and France, if these products are indeed released here, remain to be seen.
CMF, the Nothing accessories brand?
The visual identity of the CMF brand revolves around a very prominent orange color, visible on the headphones, the watch, but also on the 65W charger. These different products will not revolutionize the market, but they could be competitive with a very good value for money.
In addition, it will be interesting to see if these different connected devices will be compatible with other brands than Nothing. Also, with a rumored proprietary OS on the watch, will there be features reserved for Phone (1) and Phone (2)? The concept of an ecosystem for these different devices will therefore be an important point to follow.
Recall that Nothing was founded in late 2020, at the initiative of former OnePlus executives. The brand’s vision was to offer exciting technological products again at a reasonable price. In this same idea of offering technology at a low price, Nothing then launched CMF. This sub-brand does not yet offer products, but an upcoming announcement will remedy that.
