[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Este documento pretende servir de ayuda a los países a reformar su legislación para el fin de las violaciones de los derechos humanos en salud mental y mejorar el acceso de atención para unos servicios de calidad. En especial, el informe hace alusión a las prácticas coercitivas, los tratamientos involuntarios, la violencia física, el maltrato psicológico y las condiciones de vida insalubres.
