VISIOMED GROUP (FR0013481835 – ALVMG), a group dedicated to innovative health technologies and services, announces that it has filed with Euronext and made public its semi-annual financial report as of June 30, 2023.
In line with its strategic plan, Visiomed Group confirms its positive trajectory in the first half of 2023:
– Significant growth in the Medical Fitness revenue.
– Positive EBITDA with significant improvement.
– Net income also showing significant improvement.
– Positive self-financing margin.
The strong momentum of Smart Salem, with a 34% increase in tests performed, has enabled a strong growth in consolidated revenue in the first half of 2023, reaching €6.4 million (+41% compared to the revenue in the first half of 2022 at the same scope).
The profitable growth strategy pursued by the group for over a year, coupled with the significant reduction in structural costs and the strategic repositioning of the Group, allows Visiomed Group to publish a positive consolidated EBITDA of €0.9 million in the first half of 2023 (a margin of 14.2%), compared to -€0.5 million in the first half of 2022.
Similarly, the consolidated net income shows strong growth of +€1.8 million compared to the first half of 2022.
The Group’s gross self-financing margin is also positive (+€0.8 million), and the Group’s net consolidated debt is €5.9 million as of June 30, 2023.
Outlook for the second half of the year:
The Group’s outlook for the end of the year is positive, with a significant acceleration in Smart Salem’s activity expected in the third quarter of 2023, reflecting the expansion of our two latest centers and the success of our diversification.
A dedicated press release on the third quarter activity will be published on October 11, 2023 after the market closes.
